Writing & Remembering Workshop

Description

Reflecting on the past is a way to nurture yourself through the grief process and help you make strides toward healing. Journaling can provide the “listening ear” you may be missing, as it won’t talk back or give advice. It allows you to have the floor as long as you need it. This free workshop provides you with tips and opportunities to consider how journaling might be a helpful tool that gives voice to your feelings and memories.
