Schedule a Program

Hospice & Community Care specializes in the care and support of people and their families who are living with serious illness. We provide programs focused on a variety of topics related to hospice and palliative care, advance directives, end-of-life concerns, and grief and loss. Our programs are offered at no cost to community groups and organizations as well as healthcare professionals. Educational sessions can be provided in-person or virtually and can be tailored to the unique needs of each audience. Advance scheduling is suggested.
