Mindfulness & Grief (4-week series)
Description
This 4-week series, held Tuesdays, March 3, 10, 24, 31 (no session on March 17), will address the benefits of practicing mindfulness as a tool for being present with your grief, rather than avoiding it, to improve your overall wellbeing. Each week you will learn several tools from the practice of mindfulness that will help you to manage your grief reactions allowing you to experience relief from the pain that grief can bring. The first three sessions are held virtually. The last session is at the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss, 4075 Old Harrisburg Pike, Mount Joy. Space is limited and registration by February 20 is required.
