Service of Remembrance
A special Service of Remembrance is held each March in memory of loved ones who died the previous year. All are welcome to attend.

Path of Remembrance
Stone pavers may be purchased in honor or in memory of loved ones to be placed along the Path of Remembrance at the Mount Joy Hospice Center. Click here for more information.

Remembering Our Mothers
Every year on the Saturday before Mother's Day, women whose mothers have died gather to remember and to celebrate their mothers at the Remembering Our Mothers breakfast.

Light Up a Life
This annual tree lighting ceremony is held the first Wednesday in December on the grounds of Hospice & Community Care, 685 Good Drive, Lancaster. Lights can be purchased in memory or in honor of loved ones. Click here for more information.
