From Lancaster:
Travel Route 283 West to the first Mount Joy exit (Route 230). Proceed to the traffic map-mtjoylight and turn left onto Esbenshade Road. At the next intersection, turn left onto Old Harrisburg Pike. The road to the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss and Hospice & Community Care (formerly Hospice of Lancaster County) is immediately on your left. Pass the Inpatient Unit entrance to the two-story section of the building for the entrance to the Pathways Center.

The Pathways Center can also be reached by driving from Lancaster on Harrisburg Pike/Old Harrisburg Pike through Landisville and Salunga. After passing under the Amtrak bridge, the road to the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss and Hospice & Community Care (formerly Hospice of Lancaster County) is on your right. Pass the Inpatient Unit entrance to the two-story section of the building for the entrance to the Pathways Center.

From Harrisburg:
Travel Route 283 East to the Esbenshade Road exit and turn right. Continue through the traffic light, then turn left onto Old Harrisburg Pike. The road to the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss and Hospice & Community Care (formerly Hospice of Lancaster County) is on your left. Pass the Inpatient Unit entrance to the two-story section of the building for the entrance to the Pathways Center.

Travel Route 30 East to the Mountville exit and turn left onto Stony Battery Road. Continue to drive for 5 miles, then turn left onto Main Street. Travel 1.4 miles (Main Street becomes Old Harrisburg Pike). The road to the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss and Hospice & Community Care (formerly Hospice of Lancaster County) is on your right after passing under the Amtrak bridge. Pass the Inpatient Unit entrance to the two-story section of the building for the entrance to the Pathways Center.
